This is an almost exact copy of MODELDATA.DAT with the only exceptions being that eangle, velsteps, outpoints, hlines and nodd (in that order) are stored on line 6 rather than being placed on individual lines at the end of the file (there is no good reason for this difference over MODELDATA.DAT and it probably ought to be changed).
