This simply contains the model number of the last model run. This is used at the beginning of the program to enable an easy repetition of the previous model run with just a small modification to some parameters. If this model is deleted using the "delete old models" option then it is replaced by the run with the highest remaining run number, this will usually be the previous oldest model.
