Initial setup

Create a directory called 'Sten', this should be in the users home directory. In 'Sten' create a directory called 'Runs'. The run.*** files should be placed in 'Runs'. All the above listed data files should be in the 'Sten' directory as should the main program. Also create a directory in 'Sten' called 'Mcs' and place the telescope data files in there. The appropriate files will automatically be accessed by the program when needed. These files do not need to exist for the program to run. The program should be compiled using "f77 sten.h2co.for -L/star/share -lnag  'pgplot_link' -C -xl -e -i stenh2co" or similar, where pgplot_link represents "-lpgplot  -lgns -lpsx -lerr -lerr_standalone -lgks -lgwm -lcnf -lXext -lX11 -lstarXext."
